Upset Stomach: Ginger is great for nausea and for just about any kind of stomach issue like gas, bloating or acid reflux. You can cook with it or you can boil it in a tea. Peppermint is also good for soothing nausea. You can also use it for headaches or any kind of digestive issue. The peppermint can be in the form of an essential oil or it's in gum too.

Constipation: Fiber rich foods help, but if you need immediate relief, there are a couple of fiber supplements out there. Gen Essentials Fiber is available at most health stores. Another example is called Nature's Relief by Pure Health. It's a tea. So you have a cup of tea before you go to bed and let nature run its course.

Trouble Sleeping: Valerian root is a good option, but it can take some time to work. It naturally boosts a neurotransmitter that helps to calm your mind. Melatonin is another option. Finally, a product called Sleep Sweetly made by Pure Health is something you can try.
