With the weather changing in West Michigan, many times our exercise habits also change. It’s a little easier to enjoy exercising outside when it’s sunny and warm, but how are we supposed to stay healthy once the snow starts to fly? With the holidays around the corner, how do we avoid the dreaded holiday weight gain? Dr. Ed Kornoelje from Metro Health Sports Medicine, offers some suggestions on how to stay fit in the winter and tips on avoiding weight gain around the holidays.
