GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - The Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan is offering classes at the Family Caregiver University to help teach people how to plan, prepare and simplify.
The class will take place on Thursday, March 23, from 1 to 3 p.m. at 3215 Eaglecrest Drive NE in Grand Rapids.
Caregivers and seniors will learn how to downsize homes, make proper lifestyle changes, organize and de-clutter.
Participants will also learn about negative habits that can cause issues for seniors who are staying at home or who need to move to another place.
