With a close final score of 53-50, West Ottawa beat out Novi as they advanced to the Class A state championship game for the first time ever.
The Panthers will now face Clarkston at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 24 for the final game. If they win, this would be West Ottawa's first state title.
