The Perfect Meatloaf Pan

GREENVILLE, Mich. (WZZM)-- The Perfect Meatloaf Pan is said to be the new non-stick way to bake, lift, and serve the perfect meatloaf. It comes with a special lifting tray that allows you to cut and serve the meatloaf with ease, while the holes allow grease to drip right off.

The owners of the Halfway Restaurant on M-57 in Greenville helped me put it to the test. The roadside diner is known for their comfort food and many people come in for their Thursday night meatloaf special. We used their recipe in both a normal pan and in the Perfect Meatloaf Pan.

The Perfect Meatloaf Pan really is great for lifting and slicing the meatloaf. No more struggling to scoop it out of the pan. At least an inch of grease was also left in the bottom of the pan.

When we gave it a taste test, we all agreed it was still moist and juicy. When we compared it to the regular pan meatloaf, you could tell a difference. The regular pan meatloaf was a lot more moist, but for a healthier version, the Perfect Meatloaf pan was still good.

Missy Brower, one of Halfway's owners, said she'd like to own the Perfect Meatloaf Pan. We all agreed it's a good product for making serving easier and for saving fat grams.

We haven't found the Perfect Meatloaf Pan yet in stores. We bought it online for $19.95 plus shipping and handling. A second pan is thrown in, but you are charged for additional shipping. Look for it to hit stores soon.
