WYOMING, Mich. (WZZM)-- They may be the new take on Mr. Potato Head. Fuzzoodles have fuzzy, bendable parts that you attach various eyes, feet and accessories.
Lynn Bradford, a Kindergarten teacher at West Godwin Elementary School in Wyoming, is also a mom. She wanted us to test out the Fuzzoodles, so I brought them to her classroom to get her students' opinion.
Lynn thought they definitely helped kids with their creativity and fine motor skills. They are something both boys and girls can enjoy and the parts are big enough, they won't get lost as easily.
The kids had a great time with them and Lynn thought you could probably get a good hour of play out of them. They bend and wrap around anything, and the accessories allow for new creations all the time.
We bought the "big box", which came with about 50 pieces, for $21.99 at Toys R Us, but we've seen it online for less. Lynn says that size would be good for one or two kids, but she'd have to buy more boxes for her whole class.
Overall, she'd buy it.
