GRAPE SALAD

4 pounds seedless Grapes  (a combination of mixed color grapes makes it pretty)

Grapes can be left whole or cut in half, if too large

Wash the grapes and let them dry completely on a towel

Dressing:

1 8oz. package Cream Cheese, softened

1 cup Sour Cream

½ cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Pecans-toasted and chopped

Brown Sugar

Beat together in a large bowl until everything is well combined and fluffy. Add the grapes and stir carefully, to coat all the grapes. Put into a serving bowl and top with some chopped toasted pecans and a little Brown Sugar.

Refrigerate a couple hours before serving.

The pecans and brown sugar are optional. Some people cannot eat or do not like nuts. The salad is good either way and kids love it!!
