GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WZZM) - If your kids need a little help learning to swim, one group in Grand Rapids is willing to teach them for free.
Grand Rapids Novi Sad Aquatics is teaming up with Grand Rapids Public Schools to offer free lessons to children in Shawnee, Dickinson, and Mulick Park Elementary at the Ottawa Hills HS Natatorium.
Coaches will teach water safety and the basics of swimming.
Classes run Monday through Thursday through July 21st. Shawnee students go from 9:00am to 9:50am, Dickinson students from 10:00am to 10:50am, and Mulick Park students go from 11:00am until 11:50am.
