NEWAYGO COUNTY, Mich. (WZZM)- The Newaygo County Sheriff's Office confirms an 18-year-old man from Oak Park drowned in Woodland Lake today.
Deputies were called to the lake just after 5 p.m. There they discovered that the man had been towed on an inner-tube behind a jet-ski, fell off, and never resurfaced. He was wearing a life preserver, however deputies believe it came off as he fell from the tube.
