OSCEOLA COUNTY, Mich. (WZZM) - A 53-year-old Marion man is in custody after driving through the midway of a county fair.
The man's name has not yet been released, but Michigan State Police in Mount Pleasant say they were called to the Marion Fair at 6:30pm Tuesday that an intoxicated man was driving his car through the midway of the busy fair.
Several people were able to get the driver to stop the car and took his keys. No one was injured.
The driver was arrested and found to have a blood alcohol content more than four times the legal limit of .08. He was evaluated at the Reed City Hospital and has been lodged at the Osceola County Jail.
