GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (Grand Haven Tribune)- Grand Haven officials say they are hopeful that a reboot of development at Grand Landing is on the horizon.

City Council on Monday night approved an initial memorandum of understanding with Redstar Shores LLC of East Lansing that highlights the steps the company would need to take with the city if they purchase the north-end site.
