SILVER LAKE, Mich. (WZZM) -- A hole-in-one at any age is unique, but shooting one at the age of ten is a rare achievement.
Will Kolenda, 10, was taking part in a golf camp Wednesday at his family's course, Golden Sands Golf & Grill in Silver Lake. On the par-three, 175-yard third hole, he used a driver and scored his ace.
"To everyone's surprise, it went in!" says his mother, Alicia Kolenda, in an email. "This [is] the happiest boy in the world!"
Will's mother, who owns the course with her husband and another couple, says her son has been playing golf since the age of two.
