Founders Brewing Company announced plans to expand.
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- When people think of Grand Rapids and beer, many of them think of Founders.
The brewing company celebrated 15 years in business Saturday at the annual Founders Fest.
For those not familiar with it, Founders Fest is a street-wide celebration of beer, food and live music.
"The people of Grand Rapids have really supported us throughout the years" said Founders President Mike Stevens. "To us, this is kind of a thank you to everybody in West Michigan. Thank you for supporting us and thank you for drinking our beers."
Stevens estimates a crowd of about 7,500 for this year's Founders Fest.
