Lorna's Barbecue Hot Dogs

Sauté until onion is soft:

½ cup chopped Onion

1 tablespoon Salad Oil


1 ½ bottles Catsup (21oz)

2 Tablespoon Relish

1 tablespoon Sugar

1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar

¼ teaspoon Salt

Dash of Pepper

Stir this into the onions and add the Hot Dogs:

2 packages Hot Dogs

Cover and heat through.

2 packages Hot Dog Buns

Put the Hot Dogs in Buns and spoon the sauce over them and serve.

This is a quick and easy way to serve a lot of people at one time. Kids love them.

No bottles and jars of toppings to put out. You could always top the Hot Dogs with shredded Cheese if you wanted.
