(WZZM) - It's true that kid's cereals have made efforts to become a little more healthier many still have one full teaspoon of sugar for every three spoonfuls of cereal.
The new report came from the Yale Rudd Center for Food Policy & Obesity.

3. Cinnamon Toast Crunch
4. Lucky Charms
6. Fruit Loops
7. Apple Jacks
8. Cocoa Puffs
9. Honey Nut Cheerios
10. Cookie Crisp.

And here's a new website that can help you track your mood every day . It's called Mood 24/7. You can use the tracking to see how long you've been sad, angry or depressed. The website will text or email you to remind you to track your daily mood. The information can be put in to a chart for you to show your doctor.
