Pork Rib Loin Back
1. Place a full rack of ribs on the grill and use a brush to coat with barbecue sauce of your choice (we recommend Sweet Baby Rays)
2. Grill the ribs until the barbecue sauce is caramelized and the meat is to a temperature of 145 degrees.
3. Remove rack of ribs from grill and serve.
