(WZZM)- You might be surprised to find out what a Grand Rapids man wants to use to build a new attraction in downtown Muskegon. The proposed Shoreline Market would be built on eight acres on Morris St. between First and Third. WZZM 13's Jon Mills explains how the market would be built in the attached video report.
