MUSKEGON, Mich. (WZZM) -- A man is under arrest for stabbing a guest at an Independence Day party.
It happened around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday at a home in the 1800 block of Superior Street in Muskegon.
Detectives say the victim was a 40-year-old man attending a party at the home. The suspect was a 51-year-old man who lived at the house.
The suspect left the home after the assault, but was arrested a shot time later.
The victim was taken to a Muskegon hospital for treatment.
