GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WZZM)- Grand Rapids police are looking for the gunman who held up a hotel off of 28th Street.
The incident happened around 3 a.m. Tuesday at the Fairfield Inn near the corner of 28th Street and East Paris.
Authorities say the suspect had a gun and demanded money from the hotel, then ran away.
Police brought in a search dog to track the gunman's scent, but the tracking was not successful.
Police will not confirm if this robbery is related to at least four other hotel hold-ups in the area. All of which have occured in the past two months.
One man has already been arrested for a robbery at the Sleep Inn on May 18th. The Sleep Inn was robbed twice.
Robberies at Homewood Suites and the Ramada Inn are still under investigation.
