DALTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) -- Police say a driver who ran a stop sign caused an accident that left four people injured.
It happened around 4 p.m. at East Bard Rd. and Holton Road in Dalton Township.
Investigators say the driver of an SUV on Bard Road failed to stop at the sign at Holton Road, and collided with an on-coming vehicle.
The driver accused of running the stop sign suffered serious injuries. A child in a car seat in her car suffered less serious injuries.
The driver of the car on Holton Road and a child in her car were both injured, but not seriously.
Both children involved in the accident were in car seats.
