ALLEGAN, Mich. (WZZM) - Update Monday - 3:30pm - A woman has died after a collision between two boats on Lake Allegan Sunday afternoon.

Mary Srebro, 55, from Illinois, was a passenger on a pontoon boat that collided with a speedboat pulling three people on an inflatible.  The driver of the pontoon boat suffered non-life threatening injuries.  The three people in the speedboat suffered minor injuries.

ALLEGAN, Mich. (WZZM) -- Four people are injured after two boats collided on Lake Allegan.

Deputies say a speedboat and a pontoon boat collided on the lake around 3 p.m. Sunday.

Eight people were on the boats when the collision occurred.

Two victims were transported to an Allegan hospital for treatment.  One of the victims, a woman, hit her head as she was thrown from the pontoon boat.

Deputies do not believe alcohol was a factor in the accident, though they say they are treating this as a criminal investigation.
