GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM)-It's unclear how the massacre in Aurora, CO will affect movie ticket sales nationwide, but it isn't stopping West Michigan residents from visiting local theaters.
At Celebration Cinema North Friday evening, nearly everyone WZZM 13 spoke with said they couldn't imagine something so violent ever happening at a Grand Rapids theater. One woman did say she was slightly nervous about coming to the theater, but her interest in watching "The Dark Knight Rises" won out.
