UPDATE - West River Drive has reopened.
COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. (WZZM) - Hazardous Materials crews are out checking railroad tracks in Comstock Park this morning after a white powdery substance was found along the tracks.
West River Drive is closed at the railroad tracks near Mill Creek as crews determine what the substance is. Crews tell WZZM that they believe the substance came from a passing train car.
