OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich (WZZM) - The traffic lights on U.S. 31 from Felch to Lake Michigan Drive are out due to damage from overnight storms.
There is no timetable on when the lights will be restored.
The traffic signal at I-196 westbound and Exit 49, M-40, is also out and traffic is backing up onto the highway.
