(WZZM) - WZZM 13's Stacia Kalinoski and Alana Nehring sit down for the Sunday morning chat.

They talk about Alana's experience participating in the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival, and two stories Stacia recently covered -- the kick-off of the third-annual Stuff the Bus campaign, and Aaron's Adventure.

Stacia joined Aaron on the track for some steeplechase lessons from former Olympian steeplchaser Brian Diemer of Grand Rapids.
