Vestaburg, Mich. (WZZM) The Montcalm County Sheriff's Department is investigating a car bike accident involving a 9 year old girl.
Authorities say a 64 year old woman traveling Eastbound on East Kendaville Road yesterday collided with a 9 year old riding her bike.
Investigators say the driver tried to veer and avoid the girl but was unable to stop in time. The girl is from Vestaburg and is in serious condition at DeVos Children's Hospital.
