GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - Relax! It's "Relaxation Day" in the city of Grand Rapids.

The Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring Relaxation Day. Wednesday evening at 5:15 pm at Calder Plaza you can hear a proclamation declaring it Relaxation Day. And, you can attend a free yoga class, meant for participants of all levels.

Yoga Instructor Denise Mollenhauer showed Traffic Reporter Dave Kaechele a few yoga moves Wednesday morning in preparation for Relaxation Day. She teaches classes in various parts of West Michigan. You can learn more about some of her classes by going to www.eastgr.org or www.jpsonline.org.
