UNION, Mich. (AP) -- A 45-year-old man is charged criminal sexual conduct after authorities say a 15-year-old New York state girl who met him online was found in southwest Michigan.
The Cass County sheriff's office says Dean Young was arraigned Friday and held on a $75,000 bond.
The girl was found uninjured in a home in Union, about 80 miles south of Grand Rapids. She was turned over Friday to her parents.
Michigan authorities were alerted to the girl's whereabouts by the FBI. The girl had run away from her home in Monroe, about 50 miles northwest of New York City.
Young also is charged with using a computer for the solicitation of a minor for immoral purposes.
The Associated Press was unable to determine Friday if Young has an attorney.
