MUSKEGON, Mich. (WZZM) - A Mona Shores High School choir assistant entered a "no contest" plea Thursday to two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct, 2nd degree.
Mike D'Oyly faces 29 months to 15 years in prison when he is sentenced in October.
Prosecutors say that D'Oyly had inappropriate contact with male choir students starting in 2008. The plea means that the three victims and a long list of Mona Shores employees will not have to testify at a trial. The plea also means that D'oyly will not face three lesser charges of CSC, 4th degree.
