(WZZM) - "Are you better off now than you were four years ago?" That is the question being asked in the presidential race, but the answer to that question, at least on an individual level, has a lot to do with who you are and where you live.
So we visited four neighborhoods around West Michigan to see if residents are better off. We asked the question to get an answer based on personal experience.
We visited downtown Holland, the Rapid Central Station and the East Hills neighborhood in Grand Rapids, and Byron Center. The answers we received were as varied as the people we talked to.
