MUSKEGON, Mich. (WZZM) - A Muskegon driver who hit and killed a toddler will not face criminal charges.
In early June, Albert Medino-Razo, 2, was riding his tricycle in an alley near Sixth Street and Grand Avenue when he was hit by an SUV.
The toddler's mother says she had previously asked the 45-year-old driver to slow down and told her son not to go near the alley because of speeding traffic.
The prosecutors reviewed the case and does not plan to file charges against the driver.
