Fifth-Third Financial Empowerment Bus in Grand Rapids.

GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - The Fifth-Third Financial Empowerment Bus is in Grand Rapids this week helping struggling families connect with the resources they need most.

The 40 foot eBus contains a dozen computers connecting visitors to a variety of non-profit groups, which help with energy bills and home repairs, reviewing credit reports, setting up bank accounts, and finding homes and jobs.

Francine Gaston, Vice President of Fifth-Third Bank Community Affairs says, "it's always great when you know that your bank is bringing you services to you, in you neighborhood when you can just walk out your door and be able to partake in the services that the various non-profits have to offer, along with the bank."

The eBus will be in Grand Rapids through Saturday. It will be parked outside the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids Thursday, from 3-7 p.m.
