40 Logan SW - Rendition from Rockford Construction
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - The site of a former furniture factory is being turned into apartments and retail outlets.
Rockford Construction broke ground Monday at the former Century Furniture building at 40 Logan Street SW. The building also housed Baker Furniture and the building will be called Baker Lofts.
The building will house 87 residential units on the top four floors and offices and workout space will be on the main floor.
LC Companies plans to begin marketing the units in the summer of 2013.
