HASTINGS, Mich. (WZZM) - A car carrying three Hastings High School students was involved in a serious crash Thursday, sending one student to the hospital via AeroMed.
The accident happened just before noon at the intersection of W. State Street and Market Street.
Hastings Police say a vehicle driven by a student attempted to turn in front of another vehicle, and was struck. The back seat passenger was airlifted to Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids with a head injury. His condition is not known.
The other driver, a 24-year-old Grandville man, was not hurt.
