GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - The winning ArtPrize piece will stay in West Michigan throughout the next year.
But, what about all of the other artwork? WZZM 13 News asked ArtPrize voters where some of the art should go and what should stay?
Casey Cudney says, "I think they should put it like in front of an orphanage or donate it to an orphanage, because it really reminds me of the whole Beatrix Potter thing. And it makes me think of my mom, because she loves Beatrix Potter. She read it to all of us as kids."
Kay Pierce says, "You know, our hospitals could really use this on a wall. Any of the hospitals, because it would be spiritually uplifting to many who visit."
Dawn Houser wants to hold onto a piece of ArtPrize. She says, "I think they should just deliver it right to my front yard and Ill display it at my house."
Many ArtPrize artists are offering their pieces for sale.
The creator of "Stick-tu-itive-ness" for example, plans to keep his piece in West Michigan.
