Jordan Lamrouex killed at Wyoming homecoming parade

WYOMING, Mich. (WZZM) - Wyoming Police have released the name of the four-year-old boy was killed Friday after being run over by a homecoming parade float.

Wyoming Police say Jordan Lamrouex was walking alongside the trailer when he somehow became entangled in its wheels. 

The accident happened in the 1300 block of 32nd Street SW at about 6:00pm.

Police say the early investigation shows that the boy had been riding on the float and had been helped off by his parents. 

The Wyoming Fire Department and AMR ambulance took the boy to Spectrum Health-Helen DeVos Children's Hospital where he died.
