GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) The motorcyclist who struck a pedestrian in southeast Grand Rapids on September 29th has died.
Grand Rapids Police say that Derek James Hollis, 30, from Wyoming, died on Sunday as a result of his injuries from the crash. Police on September 29th said that Hollis was not wearing a helmet and that speed and alcohol appeared to be a factor in the crash.
The pedestrian, Sarah Joann Alleman, 24, of New Hudson, Michigan, died on September 30th from her injuries suffered in the crash.
