WAYNE COUNTY, Mich (WZZM) -- A Wayne County judge who sent a shirtless photo of himself to another government worker is being reprimanded Wednesday.
Our partner, the Detroit Free Press, reports the Michigan Supreme Court publicly censured Judge Wade McCree for not taking the situation seriously.
The court order says McCree took the photo after finishing a half marathon and later sent the photograph to a sheriff's office employee. That employee's husband contacted a Detroit TV station about the photo.

McCree said of the photo "Hot dog, yup that's me, there is no shame to my game, I ain't talking to nobody else's wife, shoot! Tastefully cropped I might add." It was that comment by McCree that led to Wednesday's censure.
McCree later publicly apologized.
