(WZZM) - If you have plans to go to Detroit for one of the World Series Games, the Michigan Department of Transportation is trying to make things easier on drivers.
On its website, MDOT is posting a link to help drivers get to Comerica Park.
The link will provide updated construction information on freeways throughout lower Michigan. Also, drivers can check ou the MiDrive website for up to date lane closures and to look at live traffic cameras.
In the Detroit area, MDOT has postponed additional weekend construction because of the World Series and crews have finished clean up efforts on freeways in the Detroit area.
MDOT does say drivers should use caution in the work zones where restrictions are still in place.
