1.)Change your furnace filter. Might as well keep the dust at bay when you break down and turn that heat on!
2.) Turn off the water supply to your hoses or you'll freeze your pipes.
3.) Clean out your gutters. If they get clogged with leaves or say, toys, the precipitation will accumulate and possibly damage your roof. What? Yeah, I know fancy words like, "precipitation."
4.) Rake your leaves, otherwise they may kill the grass.
5.) Program your thermostat (new cell phone app)
6.) winterize your lawn mower with fuel stablizer, so that the gas will keep until Spring.
