Ingredients:
• ½ cup cilantro
• 1 (15oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 TBSP tahini
• 2 TBSP water
• 2 TBSP fresh lime juice
• 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
• ½ tsp cumin
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation:
• Place ¼ cup cilantro, and the next 8 ingredients into bowl of food processor, and blend until smooth. Spoon into serving bowl, garnish with remaining ¼ cup cilantro, refrigerate until ready to serve
