OCEANA COUNTY, Mich. (WZZM) - The second person involved in a break-in of an Oceana County convenience store has been officially charged in the crime.
On October 21st, two men driving a pickup truck smashed into the Wishing Well store and stole cigarettes. Read the previous story and watch the surveillance video of the break-in here.
Marshall Jennings Brault of Ludington was back in Oceana County with Breaking & Entering and being a Habitual Offender, 2nd Offense. He has been returned to the Mason County Jail on other charges until his next court date in Oceana County.
Travis Malone pleaded guilty Tuesday to Breaking and Entering and is in the Oceana County Jail awaiting sentencing.
