LANSING, Mich. (WZZM) - Michigan economic officials are planning to revoke the tax incentives awarded to a lakeshore manufacturer two years ago.

Energetx is a company that makes large fiberglass products, like wind turbine blades. In 2010, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation awarded the company a $3.5 million tax break.

The company was supposed to start building a new facility in Holland Township in November of 2011, but that never happened.

Energetx has confirmed its intent to abandon the project and is thinking about relocating to Muskegon.
