Bowling Green, OH (Sports Network) - A'uston Calhoun scored a game-high 19
points and pulled down eight rebounds as the Bowling Green Falcons registered
a 54-41 win over the Wright State Raiders in non-conference action at the
Calhoun made just 3-of-11 shots from the floor for the Falcons (4-4) but did
knock down all 12 of his attempts at the charity stripe as the team won for
the third time in the last four outings. Also scoring in double figures for
the hosts was Jordon Crawford with 11 points.
The Raiders (5-3) were paced by Reggie Arceneaux who tallied 13 points,
converting all three of his shots beyond the arc, but still the team bowed for
the second time in three contests.
Wright State managed to get off only 17 field goal attempts in the first half,
compared to 30 for the hosts, and yet the score was still tied at the break,
22-22. The Falcons connected on just 1-of-10 tries on the perimeter in the
