One of many floats in the annual Coopersville Christmas parade
COOPERSVILLE, Mich. (WZZM) -- One of Michigan's original nighttime parades lit up historic downtown Coopersville on Friday.
Floats and fire trucks rolled down Main Street as part of the city's annual Santa Claus parade. Hundreds of people watched the procession.
After the parade, children got a chance to visit with Santa while everyone enjoyed free refreshments.
The parade is sponsored by the Coopersville Area Chamber of Commerce.
