New York, NY (Sports Network) - Duke has moved to the top of the latest men's Associated Press college basketball poll.

The Blue Devils are a near-unanimous selection, receiving 62 first-place votes and a total of 1,622 points from a nationwide media panel, taking over the top spot that Indiana had held since the preseason.

Indiana, following its overtime loss to Butler on Saturday in Indianapolis, dropped to sixth.

Michigan, which picked up the remaining three first-place votes, moved into the second slot and is followed by Syracuse, Arizona and Louisville. Arizona vaulted four places from eighth after its narrow victory over Florida on Saturday.

After Indiana, the remainder of the top 10 features Ohio State, Florida, Kansas and Illinois. Florida dipped just three places from fifth after the 65-64 loss in Tucson.

The second 10 consists of Cincinnati, Missouri, Minnesota, Gonzaga, Georgetown, New Mexico, Creighton, San Diego State, Butler and Michigan State. Butler is this week's lone newcomer, vaulting into the rankings for the first time this season after the 88-86 win over the Hoosiers. The Bulldogs' two losses have come against Xavier and Illinois back in November.

UNLV, Notre Dame, North Carolina, Oklahoma State and North Carolina State are the last five teams ranked this week.

Wichita State dropped out of the poll. The Shockers had a two-week stay and last week lost to Tennessee.

This week's schedule features a pair of ranked matchups on Saturday, as Kansas visits Ohio State and Missouri meets Illinois in the annual Braggin' Rights game in St. Louis.
