It will tell you if you've gone over on your calories or any other category like sodium or saturated fat. You can even log your exercise to take away calories.
Plus, your friends can join your profile and you two can keep each other accountable.
The next app we love is 'Fitness Pro.' The app is like your own trainer without the cost. It has a catalog of exercises for every major muscle group.
If eating better is your goal, check out 'Fooducate.' Take this app to the grocery store and just scan the barcode on a food item. It tells you about hidden fillers or sweeteners. It also gives the product a rating and offers suggestions for healthier options.
