Three arrested for home, car thefts

PLAINFIELD TWP., Mich. (WZZM) - Three men have been arrested for breaking into homes and cars in Plainfield Township.

The Kent County Sheriff's Department says that they received several complaints of thefts on Saturday.  In the early morning hours of Sunday, deputies responded to a larceny in progress in the 2900 block of 4 Mile Road NE.  The suspects left tracks in the snow to a nearby residence where they found the three suspects.  They were arrested for a home invasion and larceny from a vehicle in the 4400 block of Chandy Drive NE.

Deputies have since recovered more property from the residence linking them to other complaints.

Michael Dalman, 24, Aaron Dalman, 22, and Brian Compston, 21, have been charged with home invasion 2nd degree and theft from a motor vehicle.  The Dalman's have been released on bond.  Compston is being held on a $5,000 bond.
