Elephants - Winner of the 2012 ArtPrize
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - Expect a lot more visitors in downtown Grand Rapids for ArtPrize 2013.
Time Magazine has named ArtPrize as one of five things you don't want to miss in 2013. Of the five, ArtPrize is the only event listed that is in the United States!
ArtPrize comes in fourth. The first three, in order, are:
1. Pasola - on the Indonesia island of Sumba during February and March.
2. The Eurovision Song Contest in Malmo, Sweden.
3. The Guca Trumpet Festival in Serbia.
And then in 5th, the Burt Munro Challenge in New Zealand, a motorcycle race and festival.
