Sultan's Gold lamb and rice
1 cup rice
1 cup ground lamb or beef
1 can of chicken stock
Handful of pine nuts
2 tablespoons of Johnny Secreto Sultan's Gold
Brown meat with Sultan's Gold in a medium pot.
Once meat starts to brown add pine nuts and brown them.
Once meat is browned (it will begin to stick to bottom of pot) add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Add rice and come to a boil again. Bring down to simmer and cover for 20 minutes.
Secreto BBQ Chicken
1 bottle of Johnny Secreto Craft BBQ Sauce
1 red onion sliced
2 tomatoes sliced
2 cups co jack cheese
2 chicken breasts
1 pizza crust (fresh, frozen or pre-baked)
Season chicken (we suggest Johnny Secreto Backyard Classic spice blend) and bake the day before, store in fridge.
Pre heat oven to 450 degrees.
Add BBQ sauce to pizza crust until desired coverage.
Add cheese, onion, tomato and chicken (feel free to add other ingredients to your liking).
Bake in oven on a pizza stone or pizza screen for 10-15 minutes until crust is brown and cheese bubbles (time will vary depending on crust).
